So this is the sacerd heart diet. I t says that you can lose 10 to 17 pounds in one week. So here it is:
DAY 1:Eat all the fruit you can on the first day except bananas. Esp. eat muffins.
DAY 2:All vegetables
DAY 3: Same as day 1 & 2
DAY 4:All the bananas and skim milk you want
DAY 5:tomatoes and water
DAY 6:vegetables
DAY 7:brown rice and vegetables
The soup is supposed to be the main thing you eat. Made with 6 large onions, 2 green peppers, 6 lbs of tomatoes, one head of cabbage, 1 stalk of celery, & vegetable broth.
I wish there was a way to find out if it really works.
